No. You can order as little or as much as you would like. Sometimes we may be able to process orders faster and will notify you of any estimated ship times if they are different than our standard turnaround times.
No there is not. Federal law, however, requires us to report any sales of precious metals over $9,999 dollars on any given calendar day. So if you place an order greater than that amount, we will have to issue you a 1099 for that order and any subsequent orders.
Your bullion order will arrive in a nondescript shipping box. We do not label our boxes with recognizable markings to avoid any shipping issues. All packages come with insured shipping and require adult signature.
Orders are generally shipped between 3-5 business days. Once ready to to ship, we will provide you with a tracking number.
In rare ocassions, it may take 1-2 weeks for your order to process and ship out. If this is the case, we will maintain communication and let you know about your order's status.
If for any reason your order will take more than a month to process and ship, we will write to you and give you the option of getting a full refund, or receiving store credit in order to purchase something else
Jewelry
All of our jewelry is made to order. Our typical manufacturing time is between 1-2 weeks from the date your order is paid. In rare instances, some orders may take up to 4 weeks to complete. We will keep you updated on your order status and tentative delivery dates.
We have a ‘Ready To Ship’ Category that has items which have already been manufactured - and are ready to ship the same day you place your order. These items will be packaged and delivered for any orders placed before 4pm EST. If your order is placed the day after 4pm, then we will process your shipment the following business day.
All of our jewelry is manufactured 100% in the USA at our South Florida facility. We are proud to create all of our custom and made-to-order pieces in house.

The majority of our manufacturing is in handmade custom orders. Sometimes we create additional chains and keep them in stock. This is our ready to ship category on the website.

Our manufacturing time for hand made Cuban Chain Necklaces and Bracelets is 1-2 weeks. In rare instances, manufacturing may take longer. In these cases we will let you know and give you estimated times for delivery.
